Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Summary

Harry Potter is back for his 4th year on Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. This year he spends the summer at the Weasley’s and they are going to the Quidditch world cup. Right after the game some weird things happen. Harry is seeing a Dark Mark in the sky. It’s related to the Dark Lord Voldemort and his death eaters. This year there’s a new Defence against the Dark Arts Teacher. His name is Mad-Eye Moody. This year there’s also a Triwizard Tournament and it’s held at Hogwarts. The children above seventeen years old can write their names on a paper and put it in the Goblet of Fire. The Goblet of fire chooses 3 participants. There are supposed to be 3 participants but someone threw Harry’s paper with his name on it in the Goblet of Fire, and now he’s forced to join the tournament. There are three very dangerous tasks, and if they complete the last task one of them wins the Triwizard Tournament Cup. Hagrid reveals the secret first task to Harry. The champions must battle a dragon in order to retrieve a golden egg. In the second task they have to rescue their friends. In the last part of the Tournament, Harry and Cedric arrive at the trophy first and decide, because of the help they provided to each other, to grab the trophy at the same time.
They are transported to a graveyard where they find Peter Pettigrew and Lord Voldemort. Pettigrew kills Cedric, then uses Harry's blood as part of a ritual to restore Voldemort’s body. Voldemort tries to kill Harry, but Harry escapes and carrying Cedric’s body and uses the trophy to return to Hogwarts. Back at the castle Professor Moody is revealed as an impostor, Barty Crouch who has put the real Moody in a trunk. Crouch had been the one who placed Harry’s name in the goblet.

My Opinion:

Well first of all I’m not a huge Potter fan. When I watched the trailer online, I really liked it. So we went to the Cinema. And I must say it’s an excellent movie. If you haven’t watched the other three movies, it’s not a big problem. You can pick up the story line in no time!
The special effects are beautiful, it seems so real! The way Harry evolves is pretty cool to see. At first he was this little guy with odd glasses and an ugly scar who was special in some sort of way. But now he’s like a normal teenager who has normal teenage problems. He doesn’t know how to ask a girl out. That was pretty funny to see.
