Grey Beaver: He is the brother of the indian who owned Kiche. His brother is dead so he owns Kiche and White Fang and he never carres them.
Smith: He is very angry and he let White Fang fight for money.
Weedon Scott: He saved White Fang of Smith and takes care of him. White Fang loves him.
The story:
White Fang grows up in a wood in North-west Canada and Alaska with his mother Kiche. When he goes to the river to drink he sees some indians around a fire. One indian sees him and he wants to catch him. But White Fang calls for his mother and she protects him. Grey Beaver one of the indians recognizes his mother because she had lived with the indians for a long time. The indians take them to their kamp. There he meets Lip-lip, Lip-lip is a dog who leads he other dogs. And White Fang always fights with them. Because Grey Beaver had debt to another man he had to give Kiche to him.
One day Grey Beaver went to Dawson to sell skins and mocassins since he heard that many gold explorers came there. Grey Beaver meets Smith there and because he needs the money he sells White fang to him. Smith held White Fang in a cage and he had to fight with other dogs for betting. He always won. One day he had to fight against a bull-dog and he allmost didn't survive that fight, but weedon Scott rescued him. Weedon Scott takes care of him and White Fang loves him.
When Weedon Scott goes to Sierra Vista in California he takes White Fang with him. There he became Weedon Scott's pet. White Fang protects him and his family against an escaped killer. The story ends with the birth of White Fang's cubs with he had with a sherpherd called Collie.
My opinion:
I like this book very much bacause it has a very happy end and I like books with a happy end. Sometimes it was a little exiting too. I liked reading this book but I don't like to make bookreports.
