Stephen Edwin King (born September 21, 1947) is an American author of contemporary horror, suspense, science fiction and fantasy. His books have sold more than 350 million copies and many of them have been adapted into feature films, television movies and comic books. King has published fifty novels, including seven under the pen name Richard Bachman, and five non-fiction books. He has written nearly two hundred short stories, most of which have been collected in nine collections of short fiction. Many of his stories are set in his home state of Maine.
King has received Bram Stoker Awards, World Fantasy Awards, British Fantasy Society Awards, his novella The Way Station was a Nebula Award novelette nominee, and his short story "The Man in the Black Suit" received the O. Henry Award. In 2003, the National Book Foundation awarded him the Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters. He has also received awards for his contribution to literature for his entire oeuvre, such as the World Fantasy Award for Life Achievement (2004), the Canadian Booksellers Association Lifetime Achievement Award (2007) and the Grand Master Award from the Mystery Writers of America (2007).

Summary
The narrator , named Robinson , teacher and widower , was out for revenge on the death of his wife , Elizabeth . The cause of her death was a shooting . The killer was Dolan , a wealthy man who was driving an expensive Cadillac with his driver .
Robinson is now looking a way to get him back through a planned action , which now was not that difficult because Dolan had a very tight schedule . Robinson tried to observe by many ( inconspicuous ) chases. A large part of his schedule Once he got his schedule an eye he made a plan, he would look for an ideal place where he would make a hole in the ground covered with a beautiful camouflage and that place he had found , a roadblock just after a hill . After a lot of birth in the asphalt and geschep in the sand he had a nice hole covered with camouflage . An hour after he had finished Dolan would have to come according to his plan , and he did. The trap worked as it should work . After the car with Dolan it was up to his ridge below the surface Robinson began to cover the car. Completely with sand Meanwhile, he was still alive Dolan talking until Robinson further based finished the road with asphalt. No one has ever noticed some of the car under the road . Robinson was satisfied ...
My opinion
I think the absolute highlight when Dolan along with his driver in the hole is planned screams in pain and misery . Even if he thinks that by going barking again the now closed dug hole may come . I know this writer a dozen other books , but books with the same theme as this , I do not . Know The story was exciting , attractive , interesting , original , easy to read and pretty far-fetched , like myself here though of .
