It’s a book for boys and girls because the most important persons in the book are boys and girls. You can see that on the pictures on the book, because these are pictures from two girls and two boys. Also the story is about love and I think that subject is for boys and girls.

In the beginning there are two boys and one girl, they are friends of each other. Joey is looking a film with Dawson each week and after that, she always sleeping with him in the same bed. But on a day she doesn’t want that longer, because her feelings are changing, so for Dawson too. The next day they see a girl. The girl is the granddaughter of the neighbours of Dawson. Dawson loves her immediately. And you see that in the rest of the story.
There is a dance party and a boy has asked Jen for a date. Of course Dawson doesn’t like that. Dawson went in a argument with that boy, but Jen left. Later on, Dawson is sad but then he saw Jen, and they are talking about their feelings for each other. They are in love and on the end Dawson kissed Jen’s lips.
