These photographs portray some ubiquitous aspects of the stark daily reality encountered and experienced by street traders, transporters, residents, workers, commuters, hustlers, beggars and tourist visitors on the roads, streets and highways of Accra Ghana. These images are made from the point of an urban commuter in transit traffic using photography as an instrument of liberation pedagogy via a stark portrayal of the problems of reality by means of the chiaroscuro of photopoetry.
