Dear Mrs. Geddes,

I was pleased to get your invitation for the tournament in Bromley.

I would like to have some further information about the tournament. Could you say something about the average level? How many teams are in the game? Are there other abroad-teams beside Smash?

Then I would like to know something about our lodging. Do we stay in private houses or in a youth hostel? Could you tell me what the prices are?

We will arrive at the Charing Cross Station. Can somebody wait for us there? Or is there a train between Charing Cross and Bromley, because then we can go by train.

I am very pleased by receiving this invitation from you. I hope we can come to this tournament, but only when we can afford it. I hope to here from you soon, so we can make a desidment
